Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at NailProSupply. We strive to provide you with high-quality nail supplies and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as opened liquids (nail polish, gels, etc.) cannot be returned. Additionally, for sanitary reasons, implements such as clippers, files, and buffers cannot be returned unless they are unused and in their original, sealed packaging.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via our website contact form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) you are returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns that are not due to our error (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item).
  • If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a portion of the refund to account for the damage.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us via our website contact form.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened liquids (nail polish, gels, etc.)
  • Used implements (clippers, files, buffers, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
